Two lucky shoppers in Almuñécar won cheques for several-hundred euros to be spent in local businesses, thanks to a raffle draw.

Anybody who had purchased items for the Three Kings in local shops also received a raffle ticket as part of the Tus compras de Reyes en Almuñécar Tienen Premio, organised by the Asociación de Comercio Sexitano with the collaboration of the Town Hall.

Miguel Antequera won a cheque for 600 euros thanks to a purchase he made in Electro Mar on Calle Real, whilst Miriam Montes won a 400-euro cheque for a purchase that she had made in Modas Noa.

Both winners have until the 20th of Janauary to spend their prize money in any of the 50 businesses that participated in this promotional scheme designed to give a boost to local trade.
