A mountain-brush fire in Gualchos (Castell de Ferro) broke out yesterday and thanks to the quick response of Infoca it was declared extinguished at 16.57h that same day.

The fire had been reported at 13.00h and 23 fire fighters, plus other personnel were quickly in action, together with a heavy-duty fire truck and a helicopter.

The extent of the fire has still not been given, nor exactly what kind of vegetation it had consumed.
