After three years of work this official app is now available on GooglePlay and is a free download. You can find it here.

So, what does it do? It gives users all the tourist information available elsewhere (tourist office/web site) right there on you mobile phone.

The app, entitled: Aplicación Oficial de Almuñécar y La Herradura, went online in time for Semana Santa, giving all the procession times and routes, for example.

If you’re into apps or you have family, relatives or friends who come out to visit occasionally, then you could consider recommending it to them – and save them a trip down to the Municipal Tourist Office.
