Motril will be holding its Feria de Día this month, from the 16th to the 18th, but in a new format that includes live music.

At the time of writing there are still details that have to be decided upon but one thing you can be sure of is that it will be on Las Explanadas, where there will be a large open-air bar and six or seven smaller ones.. which should please the year-round, tax-paying bars and restaurants there…

At the end of the said paseo they will put up a stage for the afternoon live concerts, starting at 14.00h each day that will include kañasur who will also be performing at the main fairground on; i.e., Cortijo del Conde, in the evening, where they will be playing as the warm-up band for El Arrebato.

Lastly, the Vice Mayor, Crespo, said that Las Explanadas would have temporary arrangements to provide more shade.
