The price of a domestic butane bottle went up on the 14th of November to 12.28 euros, which represents a 4.9% increase.

This new price will stand for the next two months; until the 3rd Tuesday of January.

In the last two months the price of this commodity at source has risen 26.7%

However, under this present system that the Government uses to regulate gas prices, there can only be a variation of 5% either way between revision periods.

The price of a bottle of gas has undergone a decrease of some 30% since March 2015, when it stood at 17.5 euros.
