The Policía Nacional in Motril have arrested a 41-year-old man for allegedly sexually molesting a woman and swindling an escort agency.

The suspect, who has previous arrests for similar incidents, hired the services of the victim through the agency for 3,000 euros.

The smelly stuff hit the fan when the manager of the escort agency, which is based in Madrid, reported the gentleman to the police.

The arrangement was for the suspect to pay the sum by depositing it in a cash-point machine. Once the operation was confirmed the woman travelled down to Motril. She paid for a hotel room and handed over 500 euro for any expenses incurred at the hotel.

The man allegedly invested the 500 euros in drinks and drugs. Things went down hill when he allegedly struck her in the face when she said that she was tired, which led to non-consensual sex.

Meanwhile, back in Madrid, the agency discovered that the envelope deposited in a cashpoint machine was empty. At the same time as this discovery the woman reported the man to the police.

The judicial department of the Policia Nacional in Motril began investigation and soon accrued enough evidence to charged the man. He was finally tracked down to a bar in the area and arrested.
