The Almuñécar Policía Local arrested 34-year-old man for disorderly public conduct and threatening behavior. The individual, A.G.L., was then handed over to the Guardia Civil.
The incident took place at 04.00h today after the municipal police station received a call from 112 concerning a fight that was taking place in Plaza Kelibia. A Patrol was dispatched.
Once there the suspect reacted “with excessive violence,” ignoring instructions from the police and instead offering a generous array of insults and violent suggestions, presumably under the influence of drugs or alcohol; probably both.
It was when the suspect reacted aggressively against one of the officers that the arrest took place.
