The Spanish Army will have to take a female soldier back into its ranks thanks to a court sentence which considered that she had been unfairly dismissed.
The Ministry of Defence had justified her cessation of contract citing “low performance and little spirit of sacrifice.”
Whereas the Ministry grudgingly admitted that her absences from duty were justified, they insisted that they had “interferred in the correct discharge of her obligations.”
The Regional High Court of Extremdura, however, considered that the woman’s situation was not evaluated to a just degree…
…the woman suffers from cancer.
