The Catalonian regional police arrested a French driver after allegedly and deliberately running over a cyclist, with whom he had a heated argument.

The 53-year-old driver had had a verbal confrontation with the cyclist in a central square in Barcelona just after noon on the 13th of October.

Perhaps feeling that he had not suitably conveyed his point of view, the Frenchman then reportedly ran straight over him.
