All told, 2,500 people had gathered in support of 14-year-old Almuñequero, Moisés Puyol García, who suffers from a grave condition: Severe Spastic Diplegia.
The star attraction was the winner of this year’s TV singing competition, La Voz, Jaume, but there were also performances by dancers, as well as games and competitions.
The money is needed for Moíses to attend a specialised clinic, La Fundación Barraquer, in Barcelona, which has offered to carry out a complete diagnosis.
“We are immensely satisfied and very happy. We have achieved our goal and we wish to thank all the Almuñequeros that have helped us in a thousand ways; with donations, with food products, with lots of work behind the bar and at the entrance, selling tickets.
