With over 600 participants in the recent table tennis finals held in Valladolid, young Lucia López has notched up yet another victory for Almuñécar.

Over 160 clubs competed from all over Spain and it was certainly an achievement for lovely Lucia.

I wonder if this will give Almuñécar the opportunity to host such an important event here in our fair town, during the none-too distant future?

Fingers crossed for some more high profile, national and international level competitions here!
