The Salobreña Town Hall is organizing a course on medicinal herbs & plants with field trips included. Over 60 people have put their names down so far.

The idea, says the Councillor for Citizen Safety, Mª Carmen Callejón, to the learn how to recognize the main medicinal plants, their properties, uses and applications.

The class work will be combined with field excursions all over the municipality of Salobreña to places where these plants can be found.

The course runs mornings, every Tuesday and Thursday from her until May. The field trips will be carried out over the weekends.
