The next Plenary Meeting of the Almuñécar Town Council will be on Tuesday the 8th at 19.00h and dealing with building licences.

Those included are:

1) Ten dwellings on Los Pinos, requested by Gongumar, S.L.

2) A building licence for Hotel los Verdiales, en Rambla de las Tejas, La Herradura, requested by D. José Antonio López Najarro.

3) A building licence for nine terraced dwellings in Las Palomas, requested by Calarrijana 2004, S.L.

4) A building licence for four dwellings in Calle Mirador Real requested by D. José Ruiz Boto.

5) A building licences for 46 dwellings, business premises and garages on Avda. Costa del Sol, requested by Edificios Arance, S.A.

Note: these licences are not necessarily for new constructions but can be, as in the case of Hotel Verdiales, for alterations and extensions etc.
