Frigiliana Pool Revamping

The Frigiliana Town Hall will received 283,961 euros this year from the Provincial Council as part of the Planes Provinciales de Obras y Servicios.

With this extra ‘help’ under its belt, the Town Hall will spend around 120,000 euros on the swimming pool on improvements, with the bulk coming from the said funds and the remaining 8,800 euros coming from the municipal coffers.

But it’s not all about making the installations look better, but also improving the water-recycling system. The toilets-cum-changing rooms will also receive improvements.

The Councillor for Urban Planning, Jose Antonio González Conejero, explained how Calle Felipe IV and Calle Cruz de Pinto will have their ‘plumbing’ sorted out, too. In this case, the Provincial Council will be providing 119 euros and the Town Hall 6,248 euros.

Another corner of town to have its sewage system, rain drains and water mains overhauled will be Callejón del Tejedor, with 54.500 coming from the Council and just under 3,000 from the Town Hall.
