The Mayor promised that by the end of May the rural tracks and lanes would be tarmacked around Cota 200 and Tablón Bajo. They were working on them at the beginning of May, so there is a fair chance that it has been done.

Of course, with 370 labourers employed on the project, it was a win-win formula for the run up to the municipal elections: a spot of local employment and environment improvements for voters.
