Wetlands Stroll

Padul is home to the most important wetlands in the southeast of Spain. Most people don’t know – not even the locals – that it exists, in spite of it covering 300,000 hectares.

The newly built Path of the Mammoth passes through it, allowing visitors to observe many species of bird as well as numerous peat bogs and reed thickets. Getting back to nature doesn’t come much better than this.
