Just a quick mention for some forthcoming menus to tempt your taste buds from those clever guys at La Ventura.
The first, which will be served on the 23rd and 24th of October is as follows:
Rabbit in Brine on a Tropical Salad.
Loin of Venison – as prepared by Grandma
Yogurt Curd in a Wild Fruit Sauce.
Then a further menu to be enjoyed on the 6th and 7th of November :
Quail served in Apple Pureé and Chocolate Sauce
Wild Boar Stew with aromatic hints of Rosemary and Thyme
Ronda Cream with fine layers of Quince in a Fig Sauce.
The featured wine for these gastronomic delights is Muñana 3 Cepas, which I am reliably informed is from Granada, and is listed in the top 100 wines of Spain in the Parker Guide. So we can safely say it’s a top tipple!
