The XVIII edition of the David González Memorial cycling competition was won this year by Esteban Martínez Pérez. The race, which has regional ranking and is organised by the Club Ciclista de Almuñécar, took place within the P-4 area of town.
Yes, yes, I know; you’re bored, but it can’t all be muggings and political scandal, can it? I mean, some people find people peddling around with imitation-melon, shaped helmets very exciting and, who knows, you might find yourself mugged with a concrete slab from the beach, so do try to pay attention!
