The Ed and I found ourselves in La Ventura the other day, and during the course of our chat Rafa told us they are going to have a Bolero evening every Saturday, from 21.00. Sounds like a very relaxing and enjoyable evening out to me.
They continue to serve their ever popular €10 menu del dia, but remember they are closed on Monday evenings and all day Tuesday.
This venue is still one of the most beautiful bars in Almuñécar, and is much bigger than first appears, especially with the beautiful courtyard area to the rear.
Nice people, good food, great value… the Ed and I have been visiting this venue for nearly 30 years, and it is still a great place to kick back and wind down a little.
