
On the 31st of December the transition accord between the EU and the UK runs out meaning that driving licences issued by the latter are no longer valid here.

The Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT) has warned drivers with British driving licences that they’re running out of time to exchange them.
From 1 January 2021, you must have at least 6 months left on an adult or child passport to travel to most countries in Europe.
