Last weekend the Motril Policía Local handed out 34 fine notifications to residents of the city of Granada who tried to reach the beaches or holiday homes.

The Guardia Civil and Policía Local check points netted ten residents from inland Granada trying to reach the coast last weekend, and that was just Motril.
