What if your life didn’t end with retirement—but truly began?
That’s my story. I’m 66, and after rebuilding myself from the ground up—three times in my life—I feel lighter, freer, and more alive than ever. And now, I’m sharing what helped me get there.

A Life Interrupted by Burnout
For years, I worked in high-level leadership roles while caring for my beloved husband, who suffered from 21 diagnoses. I did it all—until I couldn’t anymore. I burned out, severe stress. I disappeared from my own life. There were years of brain fog, exhaustion, memory loss, and grief. When he passed away, I felt both love and relief.
That could have been the end of my story. But it wasn’t.
A Gentle Path to Healing
Through Tapping (EFT)—a powerful yet simple technique using the fingertips—I found relief. It helped me calm my nervous system, release trauma, and return to myself. With additional support from brain training, meditation, mindset work, and forgiveness, I began to rise.
Today, I’m a grandmother, a coach, a therapist—and even a model. Yes, really! I dance, laugh, and live with joy.
Why Almuñécar?
My two young grandchildren live here. I want to grow deeper roots in this beautiful place and contribute to the community. A few month ago, Virginia M. Sanchez from Centro Karissa encouraged me to host a Tapping Workshop on September 13–14. She believes—as I do—that people deserve to know this evidence-based method that can relieve stress, chronic pain, and emotional struggle and more.
So many people suffer quietly, believing this is just how life is. But I’m here to say: there’s another way. I’ve lived it.
If you’re feeling stuck, stressed, or exhausted, and want transformations—I invite you to join us. A new beginning could be just a fingertip away.
In gratefulness for this day,
