The very popular markets held in the gardens of Restaurante/Hotel Alquería de Los Lentos in Nigüelas (Valle de Lecrin) after a summer break, are restarting today.

This Saturday will be the 31st artisan garden market, and as well as the scores of stalls with handicraft items of all kinds and homemade sweetmeats, there is also live music provided by the Freebyrds and Clave de Soul.  

There will be lots of scrumptous food, such as pizzas, empanadas, crepes, hamburgers, paella and even Japanese and Venezuelan food, so don’t miss it.

The restaurante is closed during these artisan market Saturdays (which fall on the first Saturday of each month) because all the cooking and eating is happening in the garden.

So there you go! Don’t miss it and take a break from the coast for a sunny day and cooler evenings without the humidity.
