The Policía Nacional are investigating the death of a man in his late 30s in Fuengirola who had been killed with a golf stick (club).
The body of the 39-year-old victim was found in his flat around 19.25h by his flatmate on Saturday. The body had blunt-force trauma to the back of the head. The autopsy showed that he had been hit several times with a golf club.
The 112 emergency call centre despatched an ambulance and the Policía Nacional and the former confirmed that the victim, a Spaniard, was dead. An inspection of the victim at the scene showed that he had met a violent death.
The police also found alcohol and drugs and the investigation is ongoing. So far, nobody has been arrested.
