Now, this took place in Cataluña and the tow truck had Andorra plates, so it looks like as they couldn’t fine the real culprit, they decided to fine the only Spanish number plate in the speed-camera photo.
Naturally, the family has lodged an appeal against the fine.
Editorial comment: if the Regional Government insists on receiving the sum of the fine, perhaps it should be charged to the person who wrote it out?
