The Policía Nacional ruffled a few feathers for using erotic images to illustrate resuscitation techniques in a video. The course, which used these videos, had been organized by the Jaca (Aragón) Town Hall.
The course monitors decided that it would perk up the interest of the recruits, but it ran smack into accusations of sexism.
The said images used females in skimpy underwear, resuscitating each other… The force has since apologised for its “lack of taste.”
Without a shadow of doubt, having one of these ladies squatting on you in lingerie, high-heels, applying mouth-to-mouth is enough to reanimate the dead, but in these politically correct times…
But there were photos for the lasses, too, involving fine, young, healthy gentlemen in extreme, ‘short-sleeve order’ relieving a grateful young woman from behind of something lodged in her throat.
Alas, one of the policewomen taking the course complained of the sexist content of the training video. This was despite the fact that before showing the video, the ‘audience’ was warned that the content was ‘strong.’ The policewoman, however, says that she had thought that the warning about graphic images referred to a road accident; i.e., blood and gore.
Nevertheless, the most scathing criticism came from the Secretary for Equality in the Aragon Regional Government, who described the video as “vomit-provoking,” and a disgrace that public funds were involved.
Amongst all the apologies coming from the police departments was the admission that the videos weren’t even theirs, but were downloaded from Internet.
