For some they are Rolls Royces on two wheels, for others they are motorized bath chairs for old men; they’re big, they’re comfortable and they’re here.

The Asociación de Amigos Moteros de la Gold-Wing Club de España will be filling the town with this unmistakable motorcycle this weekend. Organizers expect about 50 of them from all around the country.

They will be staying at the Hotel Bahía Tropical and will ride through town, taking in municipal monuments and carry out a time-honoured tapa trail.

The club, which is made up of couples in their 50’s, will be received by the chairman of the Almuñécar bikers club, Tiburones.
