As I write this, in mid – September, all one can really say is, “Phew.” The August heat has gone, most of the Tourists, ditto, and we can get back to life as we planned to live it when we came here!

We actually drove to Almuñécar and back this morning, without a single traffic jam in either direction. A sure sign that Summer is officially over, Los Granadinos have gone back to work, no longer to clog up our roads and beaches, and that school is back.
