If you hate Telefónica, think they overcharge and give no consideration to Customer Service, then you’re certainly not alone. However, beware the devil you don’t know.
More than one report involves Vodafone, who promise lower costs, better service, a date with Cheryl Cole, etc. However, even if they are told that you will not be at home to receive the necessary installation on specified dates, they will still show up at a time and date of their choosing, claims one particular not-amused client, and finding nobody home, all the equipment for installation was returned to Madrid.
