The wonderful Nic Westby has asked me to mention the new days and times of her brilliant WW meetings, which are now Thursday mornings 10.30 at Legends in Salobreña and Thursday afternoons at 5.30 in Hotel Arrayanes in Cotobro.

Come along to one of our weightwatchers meetings and you will immediately gain support from the leader and other members. If you have the support of someone else research shows it’s likely that you’ll lose more weight and be able to keep it off better than if you tried to lose weight on your own.
