A bar owner told the farmhand playing on a fruit-machine that he had to go because the bar was closing. The lad did, but only to return and ram the entrance with his tractor.

This occurred in the la Plaza del Burladero in Quintanilla de Onésimo in the north of Spain during the early hours of Saturday last week.

A group of youngsters had witnessed the ‘tractor assault’ and recorded it on their phone cameras.

Surprisingly, when the bar owner found out, he did not bring charges against the man because despite having smashed in the shutters protecting the door, the tractor driver didn’t actually enter the bar.

Another reason for not pressing charges was that the belligerent, one-arm-bandit player had also agreed to pay for all the damages. Therefore, the Guardia Civil did not have to intervene.
