Terri Lyne Carrington – Money Jungle: Provocative in Blue
Terri Lyne Carrington is a Grammy Award-winning jazz drummer, composer, record producer and entrepreneur. She has played with Dizzy Gillespie, Stan Getz, Clark Terry, Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, Joe Sample, Al Jarreau, Yellowjackets, and many others. She toured with each of Hancock’s musical configurations (from electric to acoustic) between 1997 and 2007.

Till Brönner Quintet
Till Brönner is a German jazz musician, trumpet player, singer, composer, arranger and producer. He has a unique jazz approach influenced by bebop and fusion jazz, but also modern pop music, movie soundtracks, country music and even German pop songs.

Robert Glasper Trio
Glasper has performed at jazz festivals throughout the world, and his trio performed at the 2007 Bonnaroo Music Festival as part of Blue Note’s “Somethin’ Else” jazz tent. In addition to his working trio (Chris Dave, drums; Vicente Archer, bass), he also leads the Robert Glasper Experiment (Derrick Hodge, Mark Colenburg, and Casey Benjamin), in which he explores fusions of jazz and hip hop.

Dee Dee Bridgewater/Irvin Mayfield, Jr. with The New Orleans 7
Dee Dee Bridgewater has won a Grammy on three occasions, most recently in 2010 for her album Eleanora Fagan (1915-1959): To Billie with Love from Dee Dee Bridgewater.
Irvin Mayfield Jr., who has won a Grammy and Billboard awards twice, is the artistic director of the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra and also directs the band playing with Dee Dee Bridgewater, as well as playing trumpet in the band.

Marcus Miller – Afrodeezia Tour
As a multi-instrumentalist, Marcus is highly proficient as a keyboardist, clarinetist/bass clarinetist and, primarily, as a world-renowned electric bassist, topping critics’ and readers’ polls for three decades.
His résumé as an A-list player brims with over 500 recording credits as a sideman on albums across the spectrum of musical styles: rock (Donald Fagen and Eric Clapton), Jazz (George Benson, Dizzy Gillespie, Joe Sample, Wayne Shorter and Grover Washington, Jr.), pop (Roberta Flack, Paul Simon and Mariah Carey), R&B (Aretha Franklin and Chaka Khan), hip hop (Jay-Z and Snoop Dogg), blues (Z.Z. Hill), new wave (Billy Idol), smooth jazz (Al Jarreau and Dave Koz) and opera (collaborations with tenor Kenn Hicks and soprano Kathleen Battle).
