Mesón Mari & Miguel, which is located on Almuñécar’s main thoroughfare, Avenida de Andalucía, has an amazingly cheap Menu del Día at only eight euros (€8). I mean, a group of ten people could go out for lunch and the combined bill would only be 80 euros!

Anybody would assume that you would get bread and dripping for that price, but you would be wrong. First course: Dish of the Day, salad, chicken soup, sautéed vegetables, potato salad or cold meats. Second course: chef’s choice, grilled pork, mixed grill, grilled chicken breast, ham omelette, meatballs, grilled bream, fried squid.
