Letter to the Editor

Following a recent heart attack, subsequent operation plus a dog moving onto my land and having with six puppies, I would like to extend by sincere thanks to all the friends Carol, James and I have made over the last 7 years in Almuñécar, for their help and assistance for us all over the last few months.

Due to circumstances Carol is now in the UK working until I am able to “make the swap” with her as we do not wish to leave this area but still need to bring the dosh in.

I would like to single out our friends at Spar and Bikini restaurant, Dave and Laura, Andrea, Lee Harris, Dick Small, Chris and Mandy Ellison, Dennis, Bob, and finally The Almuñécar International Women’s Group, who with The Costa Animal Society in Nerja (CAS) have provided totally, unprecedented support.
