The municipal ‘picadero’ or riding stables is now under the new management of Andrera Sofía Podadera Martínez after the concession was approved by the Town Council on the 1st of February.
The concession will last two years and during that time the concession holder is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the facilities. Andrera Sofía Podadera Martínez was the only person to make a bid (What, no Hermanos García!), probably because the fee was just under 10,654 euros.
