It does not seem that I am able to resist the subject of coffee at present and I have good and bad news for coffee lovers: you die younger, but not because of the coffee, but because coffee drinkers are more likely to have other unhealthy habits. I was walking with the Ed today along Paseo Puerta del Mar and, to our astonishment, we saw adults straddling and climbing onto the strangest looking contraptions on the beach. We thought “Wow, an adult playground!”
Has anyone had a go on the new exercise equipment, designed specifically for adults and installed on the beach?
The technical guys tell us that the equipment is designed and built to a very high specification with high end materials, as every piece of apparatus must meet the standards required in a traditional gym, and therefore meet all the criteria and safety standards that would be required in any normal gymnasium.
