The Junta no longer updates the 7-day & 14-day figures on its graph as it now only contains the number of deaths in each municipality during the whole pandemic.
As mentioned last Wednesday, this week’s Covid contagion figures will be the last, as they are becoming irrelevant thanks to the evolution of the pandemic.
First of all, we’re snowed under with getting the paper edition to the printer by Wednesday evening so they can begin work first thing Thursday morning.
We’re a day late this week as we normally publish the weekly update on a Tuesday afternoon but even though published today, they are still Tuesday’s figures.
Here is our weekly contagion-rate article, covering the last 14 days. This time we have included every municipality within the province, including zero-case ones.
The number of municipalities that have reported cases has increased from 96 to 119. All those that have had zero cases in the last 14 days have been omitted from below.
The figures published today by the Department of Health for the Junta clearly show an increment in contagion indicators with hospital cases increasing.
