Spring Is In The Air

My Nicaragua diary is now on sale, but only as an e-book. A good English friend got me to consider the idea of writing a diary and although it is above suspicion of winning the Nobel price for literature, I really enjoyed doing it. Sue Brewer helped me in translating the diary, but to be fair to her, I did not always follow her suggestions.

A tale of domestic violence from the USA now, where Gerald Orock, 56, from Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, was having one the latest of violent arguments with his ex-wife Lisa Jones-Orock. However, during this particular argument, Mrs. Jones-Orock decided to cut off her ex husband’s penis with a Stanley Knife.

Reader’s Letter – MNDA Appeal

My name is Gill Tilcock and I live in the Lecrin Valley. During the last week of May I, along with my daughter Teresa and two of her colleagues are going to be doing a sponsored walk along the Beacons Way in Wales. We are doing this walk to raise funds for MNDA (Motor Neurone Disease Association), the only organisation committed to working for suffers of MND and to carrying out vital research into the causes and cures of the disease.

The surprising Regional-High-Court verdict on the controversial hotel on Algarrobico beach in Almería has left nobody unmoved. The High Court found that the hotel was erected on land that was legally apt for development.
