Martin Hugh Myall

Martin Hugh Myall was born in Salisbury, Wiltshire on the 11th of July 1957 and studied at the Hurn Court School for boys in Bournemouth.

After leaving the Royal Air Force in 1980 having completed six years’ service, he worked briefly in London in telecommunications before moving permanently to Spain in 1981.

Martin joined the Seaside Gazette in 2003 and was Editor until the death of the Publisher, which was when he took over that role and the editorship passing to David Derby.

Martin Myall is the author of Up To Bridge Forty, which was published by Minerva in 1998.

He lives in Almuñécar, Granada, Spain and has one grandson from a previous marriage and has lived with his common-law wife since 2001.
