A passerby recorded a video of a street fight in Nerja in the early hours of last Sunday on a mobile phone.
Six youths violently assaulted the victims on Calle Antonio Millón, near the Plaza Tutti Frutti, kicking them on the ground. In fact, the video ends with one aggressor kicking a man on the ground in the head.
The six aggressors were from Nerja and the two victims were Moroccans living in nearby Torrox.
It’s not clear what was behind the attack but it could’ve had something to do with a scuffle back at Christmas in the same night-life area of town.
As nobody has lodged a complaint before the Guardia Civil or Policía Local, no arrests have been made.
The quality of the video is not very good and the images are indistinct but the voice track does contain shouting including the words, “Leave him alone, leave him alone!” This was spoken by the person recording, and there were other comments from bystanders, such as, “Aren’t you ashamed?” and “That’s enough!”
