Who in their right mind would take his dog for a walk on a lead along an autovía... riding a bicycle?

You’re not allowed to cycle on an autovia and you’re certainly not allowed to walk along one but this man obviously couldn’t care about his life or that of his dog’s life.

And this is no ordinary section of an autovía because it is the Granada bypass with lanes peeling off to enter the city and ones coming up to join the bypass; i.e., it is the busiest length of autovía with cars constantly changing lanes.

In the words of the Granada police: “Irresponsabilidad elevada a su máxima potencia.”
