Phase Two Relief

SPN JoggingThe Government published changes for Phase Two yesterday concerning the timetable for children and those practicing sports – they are to be lifted.

This means that if Granada and Málaga move on to Phase Two this coming Monday, as appear increasingly more likely, then children will be able to go out at any time and go anywhere they want – with their parents’ consent (adolescents) or in their company (small children) of course.

Those wishing to practice sports like cycling and running, etc, will be able to do so whereever and whenever they wish, too.

So, keep your fingers crossed for Monday!

Why is this? If the idea is to keep us safe by protecting us from contact with other age groups it won’t work as there will be other age groups around at the same time anyway. Better to let us decide when we go out as we will have a better idea of when is suitable for us, we know when our neighbourhood is quiet and it isn’t at the times prescribed for our exercise.

I think in phase two the exercise times for over 70s remain the same? So 10 till 12 and 7 till 8?
