This comes into effect on Monday - don't jump the gun!
This new phase of Lock-Down easing permits the following. The list is not exhaustive. More info will be given once the BOE is published.
Shops: Up to those of 400 sq/m can open without prior reservation with a limit of 30% occupancy.
Bars & Restaurants: outside terraces only and operating at 50% occupancy.
Visits to friends and family: gatherings of up to ten people are permitted on bar terraces or in homes.
Sports: outside sports installations can be used as long as it is for sports where there is no physical contact.
Street markets: weekly markets are permitted but with only 25% of the permitted number of stalls with only 33% attendance by the shoppers.
Funerals: A gathering of 10 mourners is permitted if held inside and 15 if held outside.
Church services: Mass can now be held but with only 30% of the building capacity permitted.

Debra Sherman: Unfortunately, it seems that the previous “outing” times remain the same. Basically, go out to practice sports, or taking the kids out remain in force. However, there are plenty of reasons to go out outside these times, such as going to the hairdressers, going to a bar to have coffee, visiting family and friends.
