The Guardia Civil have confiscated two air pistols that are considered illegal owing to their high-powered capacity. The owners can face charges of an illegal possession of weapon.

Furthermore, the physical appearance of the weapons could cause them to be mistaken for sawn-off shotguns.

The weapons came to light during a drugs bust on one of the Balearic Islands back in November as part of the police operation Bubadú.
