The Pinos Puente Town Hall has just declared three days’ mourning in condolence with a local family after their baby drowned in a pool.

The accident occurred in a private pool in Alomartes, which is near Íllora, on Sunday the 23rd of last month – official mourning was declared the next day.

It was at 21.15h that Sunday when 112 was informed by medics from Alomartes that they had retrieve the body of a baby in family swiming pool.

The police are investigating the incidence but the apparent cause was probably a moments’ distraction by the parents, they consider.
