The Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía (TSJA) has confirmed the 15-year prison sentence for a Danish tourist for murder.

The 54-year-old Dane was found to have strangled his wife with a mobile-phone charging cable on the 20th of June, 2015.

The murder took place in a hotel room in Torre del Mar after an argument. The quarrel had begun in a chiringuito whilst the couple were out with friends and the 40-year-old wife, also Danish had gone back to the room.

In the early hours of the morning, the condemned man returned to the hotel room and the argument broke out again. The husband strangled her in the bathroom.
