The Head Teacher of a school in Logroño alerted the police to the circulation of a sexual-abuse video being shared by pupils on Whatsapp. One of the parents had brought his attention to it.

The video contained scenes showing an adult abusing a minor.

As a result five pupils who had been sharing the video clip were arrested and taken before a minors magistrate, as it is a crime to post and share such material on the Internet.
