The Almuñécar notary office has moved from the business centre, Kairos in San Sebastian down to the Paseo del Altillo.

Although the move is not complete the notary office is fully functioning and located in the old Caixa Galicia premises.

The Centro de Negocios Kairos, whose star occupant was the Notary Office, was an excellent idea with good parking, but the real-estate bubble bursting so spectacularly and the resulting and lengthy economical crisis may have been too much.

Editorial comment: In a previous article we wrote about how public notaries across Andalucía had taken a massive hit, as their main income was deeds, purchases and sales, etc. Therefore, perhaps cheaper premises was needed?
