The Policia Nacional arrested a 34-year-old Moroccan woman in Soria, Castilla-León, who allegedly was attempting to sell her sister’s kidney.

The police caught a whiff (became aware) of this illegal trafficking of human organs when they came across a handwritten notice in the street bearing: I want to sell a kidney to whoever may need it.

The notice also bore a contact telephone number… One might be tempted to think that somebody was also in need of purchasing a brain.
