Paws for Thought

Have you ever thought about what happens to the many abandoned cats and dogs that appear on our streets?
Without our help, many die from malnutrition or infection. Cats give birth toa constant stream of kittens, many of who die before learning how to fend for themselves.
Life for these animals is difficult and full of fear and they can cause problems for those of us who live here.
Paws for Thought has been set up by a group of local people in association with Jessica Morales of Clinica Natura. Its aim is simple – to try to reduce the number of homeless animals living on our streets and to care for those in need of our help.
Our goal is to gather in and neuter as many homeless animals as possible to bring down the number living wild.
For this we need you help.
We also run car boot sales every 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month in Motril. We are always looking for donations of your unwanted items for sale at the car boot. We would be happy to collect any items from you.
If you can some time to help the team to organise a fund raising event or if you feel you could offer foster care for a few days to a recuperating cat or dog please contact Jo on 628 548 895 or Linda on 628 643 235/958 069 153 or send an email to lindarane@voetsak.freeserve.co.uk or pop into Clinica Natura in Salobrena.
Together we can make a difference and save animals from suffering. Please help if
you can.
